Learn about and enjoy cacao (chocolate) as a superfood and sacred plant, and use its heart-opening energy in a facilitated sharing circle so that you can connect deeply with healing, love, and new intentions.
The cacao we’ll be sampling is an heirloom, fair-trade variety from Guatemala, with no added dairy, flavorings, or refined sugar.
Registration is required: the cacao is mindfully made just prior to the event, with enough for everyone to have a second serving if desired.

A small intimate workshop to help you reveal your dislikes, discover your desires and communicate them with your partner. Together we'll explore how to get more comfortable tuning in to and identifying your own sexual needs, as well as practice ways to communicate more effectively with your partner about sex.
This workshop is being facilitated by Dr. Stevenson, a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in New York City specializing in helping Type A, people-pleasers overcome anxiety, burnout, and depression so they can rebuild their relationships and live a more joyful life. Dr. Stevenson walks with her clients as they discover unconditional acceptance, self-compassion, and self-love and has extensive experience in treating trauma, mood disorders, addiction, anger management, and relationship issues.
