Daniela Gonzalez, LMT - Massage Therapist
Daniela understands the "NYC Baseline" firsthand. Born in Colombia and raised in the Catskills, she spent years navigating the high pressure worlds of hospitality, marketing, and business management. Having experienced the physical toll of the corporate hustle, she felt a profound pull toward a career that offered deeper, restorative healing. This led her to the Pacific College of Health and Science, where she developed a practice that bridges the gap between Western clinical science and the ancestral wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Daniela’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that regulation is a high performance habit. She approaches the body as an integrated whole, prioritizing nervous system health as the foundation for physical recovery. By shifting the body out of a "Fight or Flight" state and into "Rest and Digest," she ensures the biological environment is primed to accept deep tissue work.
Her sessions are a blend of precision and intuition, designed to slow the "engine" down so that lasting relief can take hold.
At Palma Restorative, Daniela provides a collaborative environment where the body is encouraged to express what words cannot. Her sessions are gentle yet highly effective, focusing on the body’s architecture to activate a true restorative state. Daniela holds a degree in Business Management with a Marketing concentration from SUNY Oneonta and completed her advanced therapeutic training at the Pacific College of Health and Science.
