Revibe Reopening Guidelines
To safeguard the safety of our clients and staff as we reopen, we have established new policies that comply with safety guidelines by CDC and New York Department of Health.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us minimize the risks and maintain a safe practice for all of us.
MASKS & FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED
Masks or face coverings are required for all patients and practitioners. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a disposable mask to use. 6 feet social distance will be required in the waiting area and treatment rooms.
COVID-19 SCREENING
Every patient will be screened via phone or email 24-48 hours before their visit. Temperatures are taken at the door with a no-contact thermometer.
CLEANING & DISINFECTING
Post-visit, daily and weekly cleaning and disinfecting procedures are being implemented using EPA-registered hospital grade disinfectant.
